The GDPR information clause for the participants of the conference
“Recent Advances in Psychosomatic Medicine and Personality Disorders”

According to art. 13 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR) of April 27, 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016), you are hereby notified that:

1. The Administrator of Personal Data is the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Dewajtis 5 St., Warsaw, Poland, represented by the Rector.
2. The Inspector of Data Protection at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, email address: iod@uksw.edu.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of participation in the conference website on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 point a general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.
4. Your personal data will be stored for 3 (three) years.
5. You have the right to: require the Data Administrator to access data personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
6. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
7. You have the right to file a complaint to UODO, if it is justified that you personal data are processed by the Data Administrator contrary to the general Regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016.
8. Providing personal data is not obligatory, but not providing data in the field required by the Data Administrator may result in resignation from participation in the conference ”Recent Advances in Psychosomatic Medicine and Personality Disorders”.
